In 2005, we enhanced our portfolio by offering the line of express cruisers from Atlantis Yachts, a brand of the Azimut-Benetti Group. These cruisers range in size from 43 feet to 55 feet and afford its buyers entry into luxurious Italian craftsmanship, with an emphasis on speed, entertaining, and race-inspired controls.
In April, 2006, Surfside 3 Marina was acquired by MarineMax, Inc., the nation's largest boat retailer. The benefits of this relationship have already been felt as we opened a showroom and exclusive yacht service facility in Baltimore's Inner Harbor in September 2006. Additionally, our new showroom and service facility at the pristine Point Judith Marina in Warwick, Rhode Island was officially christened in November 2006. We even maintain a yacht service facility in Florida to appeal to those heavy cruisers as well.
